When you first call us, we'll help you decide whether our service can help you meet your goals. Once you sign on with us, we will send you a questionnaire that will help us design your Online Success Marketing Plan. Once you approve your Online Success Marketing Plan, we will call you for a recorded telephone interview to learn what makes your practice special, who you have on your team, and the type of customers you want to attract. We will present you with designs and content within a few weeks, by creating a site that only you can see. When you give your approval, the site goes live. And that's just the start! Then we will constantly update your site with testimonials, and any other new content that is part of the Plan. We will continue to implement your Plan to attract the traffic you want, and update you with any new reviews and information.

We can produce a live site for you in about four to six weeks, depending mostly on how much time and effort you are able to invest in sending us content and making approvals.

No problem! That's why you are hiring us. Our concept is to minimize the effort you and your staff need to invest in online marketing, so you can concentrate on being a great dentist!

Your existing site can stay fully operational while we build your new site. And if you really like your existing design colors, theme, and some of the content, we can incorporate it into your new online presence.

Your monthly service agreement will include the ability to make the changes you need to your website. In some cases, we can give you the ability to update, change, add, or delete content, and in other cases, we will implement the changes you request.

Our initial website design fees range from about $5,000 to $10,000, depending on which options you choose. Your monthly service will range from about $500 per month to around $1,500 per month. This all depends on what options you choose from our menu of online presence building services.

Your Online Success Marketing Plan will specify which options we will exercise to market your practice. Some of the options include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), back-linking (placing links to your site on other sites), directory listings, PPC (Pay Per Click) and banner ads, blogging, online press releases, online and offline article submission, teleseminars, and incorporating your online presence into your printed materials, public appearances, online review site monitoring, etc.

We have chosen to work only with dentists who are serious about their online presence and who know that takes ongoing effort. Just like regular dental checkups are needed to insure good long-term dental health, taking regular care of your online presence will contribute to the health of your practice.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results for targeted keywords. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS) or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site.
SEO doesn't happen automatically or overnight: it requires thoughtful effort and actions to have the site recognized over time. Such efforts on the website include proper HTML coding, good content on the website, and constant monitoring since search engines adjust the rules for ranking of sites all the time.

Part of your fee goes to website hosting, email hosting and administration, your customized testimonial line, and making requested updates to your site, such as new testimonials or new content. Getting traffic to your website takes many hours of custom work each month. We manually research directories, authoritative sites, and review sites and submit your site for inclusion where appropriate. We examine your statistics, learn what's working and what isn't, and make changes to continually improve your results.

We don't guarantee rankings, and we would advise using extreme caution with any company that would make any kind of claim like this. The SEO rules change frequently, and they are different for each search engine. Getting high rankings requires patience and persistence and we will work together with you to execute on a strategic plan to accomplish your long term goals.

Of course, it is up to you to make that decision. Because it can take up to several months for some of the optimization features to propagate through the web, we do ask that you give us at least 6 months to show you how taking care of your online presence will save you time, money and improve your reputation. If after 6 months you don't feel like you're getting your money's worth, we will gladly turn off any of those "care and feed" processes.

We know and respect that your first priority is the care of your customers. We have therefore developed a process that minimizes the time YOU have to spend on generating content, while maximizing the quality of content we get from you. Depending on your particular case, the time you have to spend with us ranges from 4 to 8 hours of your personal time.

You own all the content on your site, and when the site goes live, we will send you the content, including the structure, on a data CD that you can give to another website developer, who can assume the service requirements you might have. Your site will continue working, and we would transfer any of the recurring charges to a place where they can control it (e.g. hosting, autoresponder) so they can make sure nothing expires.
